Core Value of China-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center (CATTC) and Empowerment through Cooperation with TusStar

In September 2012, at the first China-ASEAN Ministers of Science and Technology Meeting, the "China-ASEAN Science and Technology Partnership Program" was launched, with the clear goal of establishing the China-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center (CATTC). In September 2013, at the opening ceremony of the 10th China-ASEAN Expo, CATTC was officially unveiled in the presence of leaders from China and ASEAN countries. As China’s only national-level technology transfer institution dedicated to ASEAN (and an International Science and Technology Cooperation Base certified by China’s Ministry of Science and Technology), CATTC is headquartered in Nanning, Guangxi. It has established intergovernmental bilateral technology transfer working mechanisms with 9 ASEAN countries and built a collaborative network covering China and all 10 ASEAN countries (with over 2,900 members).
