From July 21 to 22, 2025, Fei Wang, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Tus Entrepreneurship Incubator Co., Ltd. and CEO of TusStar (Malaysia), Lu Kou, Deputy General Manager of TusStar (Malaysia), Tian Yaxun, Deputy General Manager of Tus Innovation Network Henan, Zou Yuanhua, Chairman of Shenzhen Wandechang Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Zhuo, Deputy Secretary-General of Guangdong Industrial New Materials Association, visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The trip focused on the integrated development of "government, industry, academia, research and application" and the two-way scientific and technological cooperation between China and Malaysia, further strengthened the local innovation ecological link, and actively explored new paths for Chinese technology enterprises to land in Southeast Asia.

TusStar (Malaysia) and the MDEC team conducted in-depth discussions on data hub construction, smart cities, AI talent training, etc., and look forward to creating a new paradigm of regional scientific and technological innovation cooperation through China-Malaysia policy coordination.
Industry Association|Malaysian Professional Skills Development Education Association (MASDEA)
The two sides exchanged views on topics such as the integration of industry and education, the upgrading of vocational education and the international training of skilled talents, and discussed the mechanism of competition cooperation and industrial resource integration.
Company Visit|PECCA GROUP BHD (Malaysian Listed Company)
TusStar (Malaysia) and his delegation had an in-depth understanding of PECCA's practical experience in automotive seat manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing and industrial innovation, and Chairman Zou Yuanhua, chairman of Wandechang Technology Co., Ltd., shared his exploration and achievements in the research and development and application of AI robots and the intelligent upgrading of factories.

Under the reception of Dr. Lin Zhongming, Director of the Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship Center of Rahman University of Technology, Tus Star (Malaysia) CEO Fei Wang and CEO of Guangxi Tus Innovation Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. Ding Guoxun visited the school to exchange views on topics such as business incubation, youth innovation platform construction and competition cooperation mechanism, and explore the possibility of future cooperation in school-enterprise collaborative education and China-Malaysia innovation resource linkage.

1.Visit MDEC to explore new opportunities for government-enterprise collaboration

On the morning of July 21, 2025, Wang Fei, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Tus Entrepreneurship Incubator Co., Ltd. and CEO of TusStar (Malaysia), together with Tian Yaxun, Deputy General Manager of Tus Innovation Network Henan, and his team visited the Malaysian Digital Economy Development Authority (MDEC) to conduct in-depth exchanges on government-enterprise collaboration and regional science and technology development.
During the discussion, Wang Fei introduced that relying on the background of Tsinghua University, TusStar focuses on the construction of science and technology parks, entrepreneurship incubation and achievement transformation, and actively promotes Chinese enterprises to go overseas in Southeast Asia in key industries such as artificial intelligence and new energy.
The two sides focused on the co-construction of data hubs, smart city models, AI talent training, project bidding mechanisms, and China-Malaysia policy docking, and look forward to establishing a closer coordination mechanism between universities, governments and industries to jointly promote regional innovation ecology and bilateral international development.
2.Join hands with MASDEA to deepen the integration of industry and education

On the afternoon of July 21, 2025, the delegation visited the Malaysian Institute for Professional Skills Development and Education (MASDEA).
The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as "integration of industry and education, vocational skills improvement and industrial talent docking". The Tus Star team introduced China's experience and model in school-enterprise cooperation, talent co-education, and industry-university-research linkage, and MASDEA also shared its layout and practice in the field of local skills training and vocational education.
This exchange opened up a good opportunity for cooperation between China and Malaysia in skills education, enterprise training and bilateral training mechanisms, and laid the foundation for the subsequent promotion of international training of skilled talents and industrial resource sharing.

3.Visit PECCA Group to explore manufacturing synergy spaces

On the afternoon of July 21, 2025, the delegation visited PECCA GROUP BHD, a well-known Malaysian automotive interior manufacturing and listed company.
As a leading company in the field of automotive interiors in Malaysia, the PECCA team detailed its innovative layout and localized manufacturing advantages in automotive seat leather, medical protective products and other sectors. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as material innovation, intelligent manufacturing upgrading and the landing of Chinese enterprises going overseas, and discussed the possibility of cooperation in the direction of industrial support, supply chain coordination, and technical resource docking, so as to jointly create a new path of efficient linkage, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation for Chinese and Malaysian manufacturing enterprises.
During the exchange, Chairman Zou Yuanhua shared the practical experience of Wan Dechang Company in the research and development of intelligent terminals and industrial robots in recent years, from the evolution process from automatic control systems to application scenarios, fully demonstrating the company's technical accumulation and innovation capabilities in the process of intelligent manufacturing upgrading. 4.Enter colleges and universities to stimulate innovation potential

On the morning of July 22, 2025, Wang Fei, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Tus Entrepreneurship Incubator Co., Ltd. and CEO of Tus Star (Malaysia), and Ding Guoxun, CEO of Guangxi Tus Innovation Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd., visited the University of Technology in Rahman (TARUMT) to visit the university's business incubation and entrepreneurship center to conduct in-depth exchanges on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and the synergy of innovation resources between China and Malaysia.
